Rachel Coffman

Vice President and Director of Creative Services

Rachel directs creative activities at TSG and assists with integrated communications and legislative and public affairs services.

She first joined TSG in 2010 but left in 2013 to become the Appalachian regional program manager for Dollar Energy Fund. She returned to TSG in 2014 in her current position.

Rachel is a native of Kanawha County. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Charleston. Previously, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Marshall University. In 2013, Rachel graduated from Leadership West Virginia. In 2012, she received the Young Professional of the Year Award from the West Virginia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. She also has won three Crystal Awards from PRSA for design work and execution on campaigns. West Virginia Executive magazine included Rachel as one of 10 people in its Young Guns Class of 2018, recognizing her for her community service. She serves on boards of directors for PRSA-West Virginia, FestivALL, Goodwill Industries of the Kanawha Valley and Friends of the Clay Center.
